My most recent challenge has a bit of a twist, a Jamie Oliver “twist”, that is! Sur La Table is a high end national cookery supply store. They offer you everything from a $5 metal spatula to a $5,500 home coffee “center”. Along with their vast array of products, they offer classes on all types of cooking, from entertaining to honing your knife skills to the finer points of cooking a soufflé.
